turborides
Hello All,
Just stumbled across this website and thought I would check it out. I knew i had to register when I saw the Rice Sucks shirts!!! haha... Gotta love that. Anyway a little about me. I am a network geek by day and a gearhead all other times. I have a 89 Mustang Coupe in which I put a single 60mm turbo on it. I had it dynoed prior to the turbo and with a worn out 5.0 about 100k miles it dynoed at 173RWHP! Watch out now, I know that is hard to believe but that is also at about 5500ft elevation (Denver, CO). With the addition of the turbo it dynoed 443RWHP at 10psi. I have since changed heads and intake and it ran 11.6 @ 125mph at pueblo motorsports park in Pueblo, CO.
I am on a goal of 9.99 with a daily driven car. Believe it or not, i do drive this thing daily unless it is snowing then it just makes sense to drive the 4x4. Anyways I run a website dedicated to turbo rides (Ricers included) called www.turborides.com so if you own a turbo ride stop by and check us out..
Mike
