Hi, I'm Tom. I have enjoyed reading what alot of you have to say about your various vehicles. There seems to be some great vast of knowledge out there which I appreciate. Therefore, I believe I can be assured I will get some good answers to my question.
I own a 2001 Dodge Dakota which is powered by a 4.7 V8. I am considering building the air intake modification that is listed in one of the previous articles on this web site. It basically does away with the air box and utilizes a 3" straighty PVC pipe filtered with a K & N Filter. I have also been reading about the 'Toronado' air intake unit that is available on the market. Do any of you have experience with this unit? And would it be advantagous to add it to the air intake modification.
Thanks for your help
Tom
