How can Penske be a moderator of this board, if he hasn't even been on MMC since February?

Penske still lurks here. I know this because he posted in the staff lounge recently.. I'm not sure if he plans to post again or not but I wanna give him a little more time because I like the old fart. If he hasn't returned within the next month or so I'll remove him as moderator.
