1995 F-150 Electrical questions

My friend Wayne Peterson just got a nice 95 F150 300 straight six. 28,000 miles 3500 bucks that is a steal, but it has some turn signal issues. His 96 Ranger has a simial problem. I think it is the unit in the steering column. I was wondering if anyone knows of problems with these or any common electrical issues they have before we buy a new unit.

Yeah, it's probably the multifunction switch. I can't even begin to tell you how many of those things I've replaced.
