Idunno. I'm not sure what you want to fix.
If it's sending codes the PCM must have power. But, by the way I read it, it's not getting power. :confused:
If the PCM isn't getting power, check the PCM relay. It's in the harness, right near the PCM (tucked inside the kick panal with the PCM).

How do you fix this
