the 95 mustang that i put the crate motor in, I read in a book to take the spout connector out and advance the timing to 35* advance and leave the spout out. I done it and it runs good but the other day i had a diagnostics ran on it and the test said that it was at 20* timing when it should be at 35, which one is the car at, if it is at 20 then it is not reaching the full potential like the mag said that it would what should i do?
